Info: Definition of Integrated Circuit (out of Agreement beween INTEL and BUSICOM):
The ROM-Chip holds 256 8-bit words of read only memory, and communicates with the Processor over the 4-bit data path.
In addition to the data path, a timing and a command signal are received by the ROM-Chip from the Processor.
During one instruction cycle, the ROM-Chip receives 12 bits of address information from the Processor via the 4-bit data path, and delivers 8-bits of information to the Processor over this path.
In addition to the read only storage, a 4 bit register is realized on the ROM-Chip chip.
This register is provided with 4 external connections and an external control lead so that it may be used as a general purpose input/output register.

Used in: BUSICOM: 141PF, BUSICOM_parts(E): QP46332 (PCB), NATIONAL CASH REGISTER (NCR): 18-36, UNICOM: 141P
