Info: ROCKWELL IC's are rather difficult to identify.
Its seems that part numbers on the chips for various calculator applications were often custom designs.
In order to help protect against reverse engineering, the part numbers were, especially after around 1973, either assigned by the chip maker pretty much at random, or were provided to the chipmaker by the customer.
This makes it rather difficult to order them in a database or overview.

Database methodology:
In order to get things started, I made a few assumptions which are based on Internet info. Most of the IC's are reading three lines (1) or two lines (2) info.
The bottom line is pretty sure a four digit date, for exmaple: 7334 means 1973 week 34
The second line of a 3-lines info, usually starting with an 'A', seems to be the Identification of the IC, for examples: A1150PB
Then the first line of a 3-line info, is holding the number of the manufacturing Batch-run, for example: 15350
In this scheme/setup, there seems to be no Identification for a two-line info, but in order to classify these IC's, I use the first line info as the identifier, for example:
15330PC is ordened as ROCKWELL: 15330PC when theres only two lines of info (2)

Strange look (by DUDEK Emil) (3):
ROCKWELL IC's had a large pin count (e.g. 42 compared to the average 28) as they did not concatenate the keyboard matrix with the multiplexed display.
They also invented a strange staggered dual inline (DIL) pin approach which was not adopted by anyone else.
We can only think that they thought this made making the PCBs easier.
Notice too that this device has a plastic case with a metal plate sealed hole. This was very expensive and generally outdated by the fully encapsulated plastic package.
